Jessica Martinez joined Justice Law Firm in 2022 and works within the firm’s real estate practice group alongside Partner Michael Chen. She handles a wide range of residential and commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, lease negotiations, co-op and condo closings, landlord-tenant disputes, and zoning applications.

Jessica grew up in the Bronx and developed a deep appreciation for the importance of safe, stable housing at an early age. That personal connection drives her commitment to serving clients in housing disputes — whether a small landlord navigating eviction proceedings or a tenant facing harassment or illegal rent increases.

Her background in business administration from Baruch College’s nationally ranked real estate program gives her a practical, numbers-grounded perspective on property transactions. She understands both the legal and financial dimensions of real estate decisions, and she communicates clearly with clients who may be unfamiliar with the complexities of New York’s unique property market.

Jessica is bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows her to serve Spanish-speaking clients directly — an important capability in a city as diverse as New York.

She is active in the Brooklyn Bar Association’s young lawyers section and volunteers with a housing rights clinic that assists tenants facing eviction. When not working, she enjoys salsa dancing, cooking, and exploring New York’s vibrant food scene.
