Christopher Davis joined Justice Law Firm in 2020 and has quickly distinguished himself as a capable and driven litigation associate. Working alongside Senior Partner Michael Carter and the firm’s business litigation team, Christopher handles commercial disputes, contract claims, and complex civil litigation across New York’s state and federal courts.
Christopher brings an organized, methodical approach to case preparation. He excels at document review and discovery management in large commercial cases, and he has taken an increasing role in depositions, motion practice, and client presentations. He recently second-chaired a week-long commercial trial in the Southern District of New York — an experience that accelerated his development as a trial attorney.
In addition to his litigation work, Christopher assists the firm’s corporate clients in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, helping to prevent disputes before they arise. His combination of transactional and litigation experience gives him a well-rounded understanding of commercial relationships and risk.
Christopher is committed to pro bono service and regularly assists small business owners in underserved communities through the firm’s partnership with the NYC Small Business Center.
Outside the office, Christopher is an avid cyclist, a devoted soccer fan, and an amateur chef. He lives in Astoria, Queens with his partner.
