Amanda Parker joined Justice Law Firm in 2021 after graduating from Boston University School of Law with a certificate in Tax Law. She works closely with Senior Partner Michael Carter and the firm’s estate planning practice, advising individuals and small business owners on tax minimization strategies, entity selection, and wealth preservation.

Amanda has a particular talent for translating complex tax regulations into clear, actionable guidance for clients who lack a legal or financial background. Her accounting credentials from Boston College give her a distinctive edge in understanding the financial dimensions of tax and estate matters.

In her short career, Amanda has already handled over 150 estate planning matters and assisted on several IRS audit responses and Tax Court proceedings. She is diligently building her practice and is on track to become one of the firm’s rising stars.

Outside the office, Amanda is an avid reader, an amateur potter, and a weekend hiker. She volunteers with a tax assistance program that provides free tax preparation services to low-income New Yorkers.
